And what tactics do you reckon? I was thinking defensive, both flanks, own half, mixed passing, zonal.

sorry that i am replying, but i don't find the make new thread button. I am having a big problem, facing the 2nd of my league (i am 1st with 3 point dif) and we are about same ranking.
he is using 3-2-3-2

First match in my place i faced him him 4-5-1 motivated. (dl/r up, ml/r up). All arrow players were dual-class could play the arrow role also. Had following game stats:
Home (me)-------Away (he)
61----posession------ 39
21-------shoot--------7
7------on target-------3
14%----efficiency-----67% (!!!!!)

and so i lost 1-2 . How to beat him now i play his home? thanks in advance

this formation is my nightmare. 4-5-1 has failed me so i advise not to use it. i had good result with 4-4-2 wide diamond. normal mentality, red arrows to dl,dr,ml,mr,amc and blue to dmc, long passing, focus flanks, own halh pressing, no offside, counter yes, hard tacl. the problem is that i tried only once so it is not tested enough. if you go back to this thread and search well you will find other formations also. i haven't tried them cause i hadn't the proper players.
