How to Win Against Any Formation?

Question!

I understand when playing 4-5-1 V motivated:

4-5-1 V Style Motivated

DL(Up)-DC-DC-DR(Up)
DMC
MC-MC
AML(Up)-AMR(Up)
ST

Orders: normal mentality, mixed passing, through the flanks, rest remains same.

But when should I motivate DMC????

as i said before

any formation that focus on attacking through flanks/swings ... such as 4 5 1 V stile ... or 4 2 2 2 ... 4 3 2 1 ... all of this must used by long passing and down both flanks and finally good luck.

AML-AMR (Red arrows if AML/AMR also play as strikers and you want some extra punch)
ST

Short passing, through the flanks, attacking mentality, zonal marking,
pressing whole pitch with offside trap.
OR
Own Half, counter attack, defensive, mixed passing

Other formations :

3-1-4-2 and 3-1-4-1-1 using normal mentality, zonal marking, own half, short passing, normal tackling, no counterattack and no offside trap.

Having some problems, lost 2 straight games (including one against a weaker opponent with avg team rating of 15.9). My team's avg team rating 19.6.

Any advice on what to do? Am I using the wrong formations?

I do not have any AM in my team.

1st of all it's midfielder formation and it focus on control the ball at mid but no ways to go forward and score except you have fantastic great team.

2- you need AMC and DMC if you have one of them pls replace one MC with one of them and put red arrows at MR/L & DMC and AMC if you bought him.

3- If you can't buy good AMC&DMC so red arrows at MR/L and play normal mentality ... attack through the mid ... whole pitch ... counter attack.

Sadly... I lost one game and drew another... Against weaker opponents.... My team had not scored for 4 games in a row...

I feel sad to hear that ... but i told you that 3 5 2 flat if limited in scoring goals chances.

the important thing if you want good team result is to be able to attack by different ways ... to be able to play with 4 5 1 v ... 4 3 2 1 ... 4 2 2 2 ... 3 1 2 2 2 all of these need AMR/L .

and the narrow diamond 4 1 2 1 2 also great on attack and don't need AMR/C/L if you can play with it it will be good

If you wanted to play with 4 4 2 then you need to know that you will not win all the games, you will only win more than you draw or lose .

4 4 2 orders:
Normal mentality ... short passing ... down both flanks if you faced a team focus on attacking through the flanks and if not then make it mixed ...

no offide trap ... play counter attack always .... own half ...

Red arrows at Mr/ L & Dr/L ... and leave rest of the team as it is.
