How to Win Against Any Formation?

Can you tell me please your opinion about beating this formation:

ML-------MC--------MR

I am not sure if i shall use this lineup:

DL --- DC ---DC --- DR
---------DMC----------
----MC--MC--MC------
------AMC-AMC-------
----------ST----------

I have this match at home, my opponent is almost equal than me.

Your formation looks fine except that you have an extra player. I would take out a DC and MC, and put in a DMC, play an asymmetrical 3-2-2-2-1, if you want to make as few changes as possible. However, zonally, you're better off fielding your attackers on the extreme left and right, and dead centre, especially AMs and Ms. One striker will do.
