How to Win Against Any Formation?

b)Use at least 2 DC's
c)Use at least 2 MC's
d)The combined number of your Defenders+DMC's+MC's must be 6 or higher.
e) MC's+ML/MR must be 4 or higher.

Tactics against 4-3-3.

I'm gona play a higher level Manager in the Cup today. I've won 3-0 the first game but he changed his formation from a def to a more offensive one.

He's using a 4-4-1-1:

Lately, I have problem to defeat 3-2-3-2 formation. In the last 4 matches (home and away) with that formation, I lost ALL . And all the teams were either same level or lower than me.

I used 4-4-2 classic but unfortunately not successful to win. My possession was higher (55-60%).

Maybe my orders or arrows were not accurate.

I beat 4-1-3n-2 using 3n-3-2w-2. It was 1-0 to me. He was much stronger and away (Cup match against higher level manager), so I used counter attack and hard tackling, focus down the wing, mixed passing, no offside trap, defensive/normal mentality.

Sadly I had lost the first leg at home 0-2, when I used 4-3n-2w-1.
