it's about the "talent" of the player in gaining faster, not the type of training. Drills of level 4 (world class) can give little better but it's nothing important ( I mean +1% ).

Pushing a player to 8 stars is ok but how do you know the players any good not all fast trainers are good. All you will end up with is a 8 star player with the same ratings as a 5 star
