I have updated the OP with this table, now with TEF for a 23 y/o FT. I recon its the same for a 22 y/o, and probably 24 y/o too. But I am not sure. Anyone have any input on this?...

I was confused by this, too.
Faded cards means the player has a booking, but it is not in the relevant upcoming match. Check a players stats section to see in which tournaments he is carded.
