More "cons" than "pros" for me. I could not endure getting f words messages from teenagers all day long. Ideally, it would be useful though.

Then they can allow for the block option where u can block specific managers from messaging you. Or make ur chat private where only your ingame friends can message you

Exactly my idea. It should regulate itself.

I would have liked to congratulate our league winner of last season on a great (unbeaten) season, but unfortunately in-game I have no way of doing that.

What about just a "cheer!" button on each manager , player, and match page.

So nobody can say something negative, but if you want to say good game, or great player, or congrats on winning treble, you can send that sort of positive message with a generic "cheer". Adds a small dimension to game friends and competition dynamics.

I don´t see any need for it & as has been said many a time "Language" would be an even bigger problem .
In my league for example I'm the only english speaker.

Well it would not be compulsary to write with someone. If you are the only English speaker in your league, you are not obliged to chat with anyone. But it would be cool in my opinion.

I'd rather see a messageboard for the league where you had to pay tokens to post on it with a 2-5 post limit per week. OFC, it would have to come with a provision of no hate speech, cursing etc. I do like a good razz after a hard fought win.

Playing a match, transferring players, FA, all are interacting. Assuming you mean chat and messaging, please move to the linked thread or any of the others on same topic

Yes, I think something like that would work as well. I actually like the idea of cheer buttons in different places.


Still, I don't see any problems in building in a PM system as long as you make it possible to block other managers.
