well, T11 can't be realistic in many sections (for example fixing injuries).
It's just a game based on football.
For more realism, we should have few teams demoted but this will cause more problems and exploit.

Let's face it.
Tanking never was a problem.
It's that many association teams using it for abusing (check many of Top 100 teams).
