Control the Abuse of Power -Hard Tanking -Using the Economy

Here a thesis to try to use the Game Economy system, to, try to promote the fair play creating some realism.

Let's imagine that we have a team, and that we have as usual, Sponsors.
But let's imagine now, that we tank. Sponsors seems to don't care actually, players seems to don't care to have 9*s as potential, and stay in 12th position out of CL.

So, let's imagine that to have a close system of AvQs. and a realistic Sponsors/Players system, we punish with a fine each Non promoted team, and we touch the club economy in a way that the Sponsor punish us depending on the AvQ power we have to compete, like:

9* - If a team don't promotes and have a 9* player, the club will have to pay x3 times his salary per match/or Value in a single Fine.
8* - If a team don't promotes and have a 8* player, the club will have to pay x2,5 times his salary.
7* - If a team don't promotes and have a 7* player, the club will have to pay x1,5 times his salary.
6* - If a team don't promotes and have a 6* player, the club will have to pay x0,9 times his salary.
5* - If a team don't promotes and have a 5* player, the club will have to pay x0,6 times his salary.
4* - If a team don't promotes and have a 4* player, the club will have to pay x0,4 times his salary.
3* - If a team don't promotes and have a 3* player, the club will have to pay x0,3 times his salary.
2* - If a team don't promotes and have a 2* player, the club will have to pay x0,2 times his salary.
1* - If a team don't promotes and have a 1* player, the club will have to pay x1 times his salary to keepthat player or the Sponsor will sack that player automatically?

To don't lose the control I guess that these fines should be applied only, counting the best 14.

***1*-4* fines will only be paid, IF the team have a single player above 120% AvQ inside the squad.

And this fix. some FA stuffs too I guess, because the Regular seasonal Teams we use for the Main comps, were affected for the FAs Teams behavior, and implementing something like this, the effect will be inverse, FAs playing with League/Regular comps conditions.

And with this we recovery the sense of what in the previous versions of Top Eleven, were the Premium Players, the 8*, and 9* ones that shouldnt be accessible for free, but same time containing the AvQs using the economy, the prices of these players could be not high as now, but mmore accessible and fair, and proportional to the help that a single 9* player can bring to our squad, that isnt worth 800T.

Then we could bring Rewards to the League table +Tops, and voilá.

    And Magic happens

This could be applied in a light version, with a season of delay, informing the manager that he need to promote or an amount of $B will be deducted.

Another option too, is players 7* go away (bot team loan) as loans till team promotes.

ALTERNATIVE OPTION TO MIX WITH THE STARTING IDEA - MERITOCRACY

-How could we apply a meritocracy based system in Top Eleven, and, how does it mean?

Basically the meritocracy is a way to be rewarded depending on the merits achieved, so we could have 2 parameters to unlock a proportional and controlled based on this idea.

First of all, the amount of Titles Earned in all our history, could set a Max. Cap of players to be used.

Then the League Position and Seasonal titles earned would determine the players we can use in a progressive way.

This would need a redesign of the Negotiations page, to, send the players that we can not use due the limitations, as Loans, too to have acessible seasonal Tempo Loans of 15 days to help our team, an ofc. to stop the upselling which anyway, my guess is that will not last for so long, as many of the different abuses that many people has used to reach a status inside the game. It have to collapse, simply because every single person joining a exploiter, means more people behind that only can compete by using the same kind of exploit, simple and elemental, and this need by the force, turn into decisions regarding these exploits.

We could have a max skill cap at negos based on individual skills, and avoiding a single player with a 139+ single skill to be moved using negotiations but I think will be better if its closed ASAP. Despite that the interaction is always welcome this turned in a auto self f****n.

So, a variable for the FINES system suggested firstly, could be like this, every title won, unlock a new Max cap in terms of amount of players and AvQs that these have,
lets imagine that the game is flexible and starts, allowing you to have a max. of 5 6* players, so this is the first cap, lets imagine that like Brian, you have a lot ofbad luck and the L1 bots sack you from promotion, so,
0 titles, no promotion, -2 6* available, so you can now use max. 4x6*.

If you promote you unlock the max cap? and if you win the league you unlock, a 7* and a 7th 6*.

    And like this.
And this is how would work, a system based in the meritocracy inside Top Eleven.

This is a variant of the thesis regarding close the training if there's no promotion for 8*'s

Or 8*-9* could be directly not elegible to play regular comps if no promotion, but with the option to keep'em, but IMO this need to be tackled hardly.

In the end, the hard tanking and the upselling is just an attempt to avoid compete vs the oppos, so... is like to give a CL every year to a particular team because simply, buy the title.

I'll unstick this poll about 160% skill caps between attributes to open this new discussion.

I'm just wondering, do they actually listen to suggestions and actually make changes in the game? Cuz if not, I wonder the point this. Must have taken a lot of effort to come up with these ideas, would be a shame if no one at the company actually cares. Which is why I wonder if they've listened in the past.

Firstly I must commend the effort you pulled together to come up with this great suggestion but I have a contrary opinion to those tankers. Rather paying 3x value of the player or salary, I suggest that Nordeus do the same justice they always do to those promoting from one level to next level.

This is it, since those promoting to another level always lose 20% of their team quality for being promoted, tankers should lose more percentage compare to 20% to be lost when promoting. Like their percentage should be reduced according to the qualities of the teams they would be grouped with. Like if they will be grouped with teams of 80% to 100% qualities, their own quality too should be reduced to that range regardless of their qualities at the end of the season. This I believe it will be fair enough to the teams they will be paired with in all competitions and also to the FA. I hope you read through this and reason with me and hoping that Nordeus will also have access to our suggestions here through the administrator and moderator.

    Thank you

Khris, the problem with this idea is that its actually possible for someone who spends a lot of "real money" in the game, to get a 6* or 7* player & develop them with their huge resources to even become 8* or 9*. So basically its more or less impossible for Nordeus to differentiate between "Tankers" and "Spenders" lol. So I we just have to accept tankers or even join them lol.

Instead of trying to use formulas to make things even.. why not use a shaming method. Each team has a count of how many times they did NOT promote..

The game is about pride of winning.. so how proud would they, tankers, be if everyone can see how many times they have tanked..

Additionally; if changing formulas; teams that didn't make it to promotion 1x, 2x but stats above 100% can still be generated in competitions together more frequently, so they can not all win next season's.. Or 2 times not promoted will give all players penalty.. and every time after as well, somewhat like suggested elsewhere..

I agree with you 100%. Nordeus is presently focused on making money. it seems our complaints don't matter. A smarter company make take over in the coming years if they continue like this. All they need to do is work on our 'USER STORIES".

Great idea but i can suggest you a fee of 15 (or more) token if you don’t reach 8th place. If you don’t have token you lose your best player (9* player = 5 token, 8* player = 4 token, etc)
