Theoretically the most points you could get for finishing last is 39 points (13 wins and 13 losses) because of goal difference you could finish last in that scenario. All the teams in the league could theoretically finish unbeaten but draw all 26 games, so the table would be decided on goals scored or head to head away goals.
To get not get promoted the most points you can theoretically get is 46 points, 10 wins and 16 draws.
I am not sure of the record but there is the maximum points you could get in either of these scenarios.
I’m not sure what the highest aggregate scores are but “allegedly” someone won 30-0 on aggregate over the 2 games, my biggest one is 16-0 in aggregate.
The highest final score in the finals I heard of was 10-0 in the CL Final many years ago.
