Fast Trainers - Cost

i bought a 20y old 4-star player (15 pts) in lvl1 for like 550k

With 15pts is considering more like a 3* than a 4* .
in lv1, as you're saying, you can find some good trainers and in many cases as 3* free agents.
If their VALUE is 500-1' M and their wages are 2-4' K they are good trainers and you can build your team with them.
The only problem is that having a team with 3-4* players can go for much. So, one strategy is to find as many you can (as free agents, in some "quite" hours), tanking for a season in lv1 and go for trophies next season.
