    Why can't I log in to the App in France??

    Hi there,

    I'm currently on holiday in France, from England originally, and I'm trying to log on to the mobile phone app. It won't seem to connect and says 'connection was lost, attempt to reconnect'

    Hope someone can help because I don't want to lose the league this late on :-)

    it means that you have no internet connection or your connection is too low, i'm in france now and all go well

    It's not that as I have full wifi signal, and everything else runs ok? Is it possibly because I've set it up in England and I'm trying to access from France? Seems strange as its a worldwide game?

    Any help would be appreciated :-)

    They have phones in France? Do they even play football? yes, I have seen League 1, and hence my question.

    in regards to the OP, I was recently in Canada and had problems connecting when I wasnt on WIFI. It was because of roaming and the carrier that I had to use. Just make sure you get a good WIFI place.

    Thanks for replies guys, Yeah I've just tried that, with no success. I've also tried it on a laptop too, and my partners fathers team, who is with us on holiday, will not work on any device either??

    Ok, so the laptop is the best thing to test with. I can assume that you have tested the internet and have had it working, so log into facebook and load the app that way. I find it easier to connect via FB than the main T11 page when you have connection issues.
