Just received two young players from the academy.The better one looks like this:

My team quality right now is 69,4.

Better youth player is always released, (not worth paying 12-24T for 4* 18 year-old when you can get better from transfer market for less tokens)
The weaker free youth player is always sold to bring in a bit of cash, not that I need it lol.
