I have emailed them today asking for answers. I am sure that it has been done many times before but i had to try. I have asked about any pending updates and have advised them that there support forums that they often guide people too have no information or help from moderators about these queries. I think it is time Nordeus realise and step up to help there CUSTOMERS as without us they do not have a game or a thriving business.
