I think your team is at their breaking point. The outperformed themselves previously. Take it as a rebuilding opportunity, without having to buy tokens of course..

I update my team regulary not too often, but regulary. I have never paid for tokens but i manage to get alot of them on tapjoy through my iphone, so in the past i've managed to get good players on auction and even a number of scout players

Same here, have managed to farm enough tokens to get me 3 scout players in the past 3 seasons. I normally get in 4-6 players a season (usually to strengthen the defence and wings) because I love those 29-31 year olds as they perform better than youngsters and I dont have tht much time to train players. I stick to my scouts so they are mainstays in my team including those players who i get off the market who perform consistently. I wouldn;t say my team is great but they are a very consistent bunch of players

Now I am starting to target players aged 22-24 who cost around x $1M of my level (Level 7 * $1Mil = $7M)...they are more likely young enough & experienced enough...
