I know no power training but training just one player like a keeper or striker is that ok ???

No. It's only when you bid for player win or lose auction, you need to provide screenshot.

Yeah, as long as you use the greens generated from in-game.

It's okay, Activity levels isn't important but it is recommended you do watch as many games as possible for best results.

There is a chat on facebook, log on to your 35T league facebook and chat to us.
