    Generally in TOP11 MC and DMC get bad ratings but 4, 4, 3 is too much bad...There are also some players that perform badly inspite of being 6,7 star...

    Keep persisting with him...Do not change his position in every game...Do not substitute him, let him play full 90 minutes...Let him settle down, If he left footed play him on the left side and vice - versa and if it does not works then do the opposite of this, give him a long run and just hope that he comes out good......
