Scout player

Hello managers,

Yesterday i bought scout player - MC, free kick specialist, 3 skill points to 7 stars... I cant believe it, but his rating in 3 games was 4, 4, 3! Everytime he was the worst player in a match! I dont know, what is wrong. Anybody knows? Thank you and excuse my English...

Generally in TOP11 MC and DMC get bad ratings but 4, 4, 3 is too much bad...There are also some players that perform badly inspite of being 6,7 star...

Keep persisting with him...Do not change his position in every game...Do not substitute him, let him play full 90 minutes...Let him settle down, If he left footed play him on the left side and vice - versa and if it does not works then do the opposite of this, give him a long run and just hope that he comes out good......

I too just got a Scout DMC (on my 35T League team!), and he performs just as badly!! But I hope over the course of this Season to up his physical attributes to play how I want. Something I think makes a big difference is how you apply skill points. Scouts come to you with fairly even stats, and it takes awhile to change since they are already so much Quality, they earn skill points slowly.

I já jsem právě dostal Scout DMC (v mém týmu 35T ligy!), A vystupuje jen jako špatně! Ale doufám, že v průběhu této sezóny až jeho fyzikálních vlastností hrát jak chci. Něco jsem si, že je velký rozdíl je, jak použít skill body. Skauti přijít k vám s docela i statistiky, a to trvá chvíli změnit, protože jsou již natolik kvalitní, že vydělat skill body pomalu.

well.let me help u out
as per my experience,a mc gets poor rating when he is not getting the ball or in other words not active in the match or he is being prone to counterattacks
1. ur first step shud be to get his morale to the maximum i.e. superb and let his condition bcum 100% and then make him play in the right postion in accordance to the foot i.e. if his right foot is his main,then he shud play as a right mc and vice versa.
2.if the first step fails,then u shud really make him sit for 5-6 matches.,then repeat the first step

Thank you, i moved him to right MC position. Morale - it is his biggest problem - he loses about 50% (!!!) per game! He has 100% morale and condition in start of every game.

as I say... ratings ..pffff... what are ratings? ...ratings are simply like a "idea" that the game say to you "about" a player.
the important is not the rating, the important is what you see, how the player contributes to the team.
As bad example I had a ST scout, 50 tokens, for a guy that in 26 matches scored 3 goals.
or 4.
So, "see", look, if his name appears during the game and to do "what".

I bought a scout DMC playmaker for both my teams GL & VA last season.

Kovacs for Go Leo has been massive. He isnt a designated setpiece specialist but he scores a lot from outside the box and blocks a lot of shots.
Boldrini for Very Athletic is starting to become massive this season after I assigned him as cornerkick taker. He usually gets 5-6 rating last season but I noticed that he blocks a lot of shots. So he is usefull. Once he started to score and provide assists his rating went up.

I have not had much luck with MC scouts tho as Borges for VA is inconsistent despite me trying to play him on the left or right and even passing thru the middle. Anani for GL was ok for a few seasons, not phenomenal.

But like I;ve always say, scouts are long term investments, not a quick fix. And it's true what Cat says, it's all about the skill point allocation once you get them..

So, troll match today... Rating 3 for him again, my team had 70-30 ball posession. And opponent scored goal in last minute after his mistake. I am not happy :-(
