Just keep your sp, the average quality of your team won't increase.

To increase your average quality by 0.1 you need to spend 1.5sp per player you have. If you have 20 players, 30 points is sufficient.

I had many answers about this but it's a friend, Beckstar who said that he tried it and it didn't worked. Beck it's a "hardcore" player as someone told about him and I trust him. Finally he follow a tactic and it worked. I also followed his tactic and won the Cup. Of course Cup only doesn't mean much, it's easy to won it but the difficult part is to win the treble or else to win the Cup but to have a good team for your level.

Anyway, Level2 still winnable, still many Bot Robots and higher level managers whose team they have abandoned...
