Is TE unfair??

so the big clubs never have an off day or a weird day? if the top rated team won every single game, why would anyone want to play?

I 'm not saying this. I mean (by random or good/bad day) that the game doesn't give us enough evidence/clues/knowledge to be more managerial or coach better our teams or fix our mistakes and improve our team.
I 'm playing the game one year, winning a lot of trophies and still don't know how is working :
- the rating system
- a good player become all of sudden a bad performer (in a new season or in the middle of it)
- how I can prevent it or reverse it
- if special abilities has any function
- how critical is the formation in a match (I know, many will answer, that yes - but then, why playing a 4-4-2 ND, my AMC and two ST with better q couldn't won 1 oppo DC ?)
- how a player is performing with or without arrows
- what is the effect playing with hard/normal/easy tackling (same for offside, man to man/zonal)
- how the win bonus affect the performance and what is the role of morale
- why I have (or not sometimes) so many injuries

If we don't know sooo many basics of the game, I cannot judge another player if he is good manager or coach.
