thanks for all suggestion ,actually the problem is my opponent don't have a specific formation because 45v1 just his preference ... all of his player can play in three position ,so he can always change his formation because he watch almost all of his match ... wish for my luck !!!

So what's your point then? We should win all matches again weak teams and lose against stronger teams or? Or nothing matters in this game so why play it at all?
We all had troll results, good and bad days, we were happy and angry, but one result doesn't prove that some factor is or isn't releveant.
Even Barcelona and Real Madrid have bad days and lose/drew against weaker teams, so it doesn't prove their squad or tactics or morale is bad. Instead, would both real football and this game be interesting if we could knew match outcome even before it started?

This game isn't the best football manager, so don't expect too much of it. At the end, it earns money for someone, that is Top Eleven's main task.

I disagree, somewhat. Strong team can lose to weak team only if either their morale is weak, or their condition - by the very definition of morale, quality, and physical condition.
How can turbocharged sports car lose the race to 4 cyl car? Answer: only if the driver is drunk, sick, or sports car breaks down. But those would be the very definitions of morale and physical condition. If both are maxed out, losing becomes physically impossible, simply because sports car has higher power and speed. The same with players: if player A whose speed and aggression (and 10 other qualities) are twice of player B's, and the form shown in the game in real time is also consistently higher, still loses to player B, it means that those numbers were simply false. If they were not, then what does the form mean to begin with, if not playing better?

Yes, but TE isn't that great simulator, so we shouldn't get nor happy too much when we win neither unhappy when we got trolled. I used to get trolled so I'm not frustrated now when I lose as much as I was frustrated one year ago.
I suggest to reduce level of expectations of this game, it is not proper football manager.
You forgot misshiftand you forgot Lotus Elise, 4cyl car that can beat more powerful cars
but that's offtopic
Playing game is like when someone buys car which has sports car equipment (deeper bumpers, big wheels etc.) but ordinary suspension, small brakes, low power engine and has expectation that this car runs like strongest model just because it looks "fast".

Sometimes it is really hard to define what is going on.
My Celtic yesterday had 2 away matches against same team (league and cup). Nor me neither opponent manager were active, so both teams used same setup for both matches. I won league match 2-3, but lost cup match 1-0.
