the BEST way to counter 45v1

thanks for all suggestion ,actually the problem is my opponent don't have a specific formation because 45v1 just his preference ... all of his player can play in three position ,so he can always change his formation because he watch almost all of his match ... wish for my luck !!!
off topic ,sometimes this game are too random but we can try anything possible ,just like precaution lol
