Well, since I decided to insert d name 'eagles' in my team's name they both showed me why eagles soar high by winning the league and the league....Well, my champs league form was horrible. my A team named flying eagles won the league courtesy the fact that they beat the second placed team home and away. He gave me d run for my money though, had to be on my A game. My B team named GOLDEN EAGLETS, were champions too. THANKS for the support and advice. Looking forward to a better season. No tokens ðŸ˜

Since I turned off win bonus I've drawn 1 loss 1 out of 2. Win bonus definately has a factor when it comes to results.
It's the fluctuation of the win bonus that causes motivation/demotivation. Consistency , like choosing formation, is key. How would you feel if you were getting 10m to win and then your manager said oh this game you don't get any extra. Demotivating.
I've found that veteran older players respond better to win bonuses than their younger counterparts.

The Hoof is the Proof.
Thanks for your encouragement. Actually I have big advantage in goal difference especially after winning 7-0 today. However, it was not realistic to expect that both those 2 teams would lose.
The league have already been just over. My team is 2nd runner up as expected. But I am happy that the team which supported my opponent yesterday just had a draw today and failed to win league champion. I had an extraordinary action to support its opponent which is not my friend. At least I have contributed to his failure.
I am disappointed that my L23 could not win the league. However, to conclude, this is an overall good seasons for my teams:
L23 Team: League - 3rd, CL - 1st
L31 Team: League - 1st
Day 28 - Palace Casuals report.
Final day of the season for Palace Casuals, and a home celebration of the winning of the League Championship. Call him sentimental, but the Management decided to give retiring left-back Mirco Kaminski a rare start in the league for this season, and he responded with a sparkling performance before two late tackles in the second half caused the Management to rest his tiring legs and substitute him off to a standing ovation. The visitors were the erstwhile League leaders, on a run of 5 defeats in 6 matches and fading fast, despite fielding a team with 1.1Q advantage over the home side. Their 7* DMC failed to last the first-half hour, sent off for a professional foul in the 27th minute, Andre Faisca doing the honours from the penalty spot and putting the Casuals into the lead. The visitors equalised just before the break, but failed to show any inclination to progress further and it was left to the Casuals to batter the resolute defence in an ultimately fruitless search for a winning goal.
Any formation or tactics advice given is based purely on experience with my teams...
