I am LV8 in a cup LV13, what does that mean?

Go to manager on the mobile app & check trophies it will give you the level of cup for last season ex: quarter finals cup level 10
This seasons will not show till later.

Thanks. Last year I was LV7 in cup LV10. It is hard to imagine that I jumped three cup levels. I guess I'll find out eventually.
