LOL well....penalty is so random... my top scorer AMR with freekick skill...still miss penalties... lol he can score most of the freekick with a wall in front of him...but he miss most of the penalties with just a GK in front of him ~ i mean...not even on target ~LOL

I had a player that missed only one penalty in 2 seasons last year (2015). The missed penalty happened in a match that I think was 'fixed'. He was an AML/AMC/AMR with corner special ability. It might not be so random, and could well be based mostly on other things.

I 'm playing with some teams which some times staying in the same level.
So, many times I use a GK for ST and the opposite.
This never happened to me before. My GK scored as a striker.
I didn't watch the game but it came probably from a free-kick of Eliot (a player I have for F-K).

I ‘m not sure when it started (I mean from the beginning of the live game or after some update) but those passed months I can see many times oppo GK making too many saves.
And I ‘m not talking about 1 or 2 games in a season.
So far in my season, I had 30 games. In two of them in CH.L. groups (the last two) , I set my team on purpose to loose the match and get the 2nd position so it doesn’t count.
Also had about 4 games vs semi-abandoned teams. In the 6 of the rest 24 games, oppo GK had 5-8 saves. I think it’s too much


For sure it’s very different from the old times.
Searching some older threads of the forum, I saw comments about 5 saves in a game was exceptional and now I already had 6 ?

Is this another form of roll dice ? good/bad luck ? Something changed in the characteristics of the GK ? Why I can’t have a GK who ‘s making 7-8 performances in one season ?
Do you have any similar case in your team ? What do you think ?

it's not my team or the players or that I was watching the games.
Today the morning, with ManU I couldn't watch my game
again oppo GK was the hero

hi all.
I was very close to open a tread about goalkeepers but since this one, i will comment here.
I am in a similar position like few players here, my keeper right now is 28 and i have him for around 8 seasons and i'm not very happy with him.
I'm lvl 10 , i play on android tablet and i am logged trought google +.. I cant use facebook because i have another team but it is abandoned.
I wrote this ,to explain,i cant use a desktop version or old version of TE to powertrain my keeper.
For those who use tablet how you train the keepers? Me, i use regular packages like for all players but i notice in time, my keeper is very bad in middle section,like boxing, throwing...etc. And i suspect , this make him bad in games.. It is very inconsistent. 6.7.7.8.6.6 etc
Me too,i want the keeper to be more consistent,like more 7 and 8..even 9...
