Here was my best suggestion so far, cross posted from Khris's suggestion thread

Edit: I do think healing association loan players makes sense, weak team needs help with a stronger loan, but the stronger team providing the loan shouldn't have to do the healing per se. Maybe there could be like "association rest packs" that are limited to healing for association, with condition returning to previous state after the match. Say 2x rests per association member per weekend and allow them to be traded/shared among the association. This way it helps weak players who need loans, strong players who have "4 matches same day", adds whole association strategy element, and leaves no permanent condition improvement for players healed with "association rest packs", which is really why it is an "exploit"and unfair.
Btw, I say this passes the "If it walks like a duck" cheating test. Letting the #1 world association get away with this for this long is as far from keeping it low profile as can be. Totally agree that it sends a message of complacency; take them (U craiova) down as a service to all fair players. THAT would send some assurance Nordeus is working for us.

In my Maniaque mind, I almost would encourage a campaign on social media and a threat to boycott watching ads until Nordeus has leveled the playing field. Why should we support Nordeus with ads if they are complicit with other managers exploiting 100x more tokens and packs with less time and effort?

Just did a Google earlier today and not 100% sure I found the right terms and conditions, but the terms I looked at -- which were pretty OK -- included a so called catch all provision. I am on the phone now, but basically something like cheating and acting in a sense that violates the "spirit of the game", in the eyes of Nordeus, is not legal. I looked through this very very quickly, but that was my impression.

There is a limit on farmable Rests and by these methods these guys get unlimited resources, definitely a clear circumvention of limits for other players. Also, if we compare the VPN method with this, why should one be banned and not the other? I think Nordeus just is following protocol and that does take time. Like I am sure it actually is "easy" to stop from many perspectives. But TE is huuuuuge, nobody want to do something I a hurry and accidently wipe out the game for a couple of weeks because they made a mistake...

I get the idea to be able to Rest loaned players, BUT I don't think that it's a must. Very far from it. And considering the cheating possibility it enables, I would vote in favor turning the possibility to rest loaned players off if it's the fastest action. Sure, if it is easy to limit it to like 3 Rests per week, or something like other have suggested, great. But otherwise, turning back the clock would for me just be a very marginal loss.

I really hope that the developers will think about something soon enough in order for this kind of behaviour to be stopped. We'll see
Your solution is not a solution, is more a regress then a progress and for sure Nordeus won't remove that, I think they are smart enough to come with something else but at the same time to keep those things live as long they are actually useful for the managers and for the game.

For me, I think is a great thing that we can heal the players, especially if the other manager can't access the game and do it, can even help you to win or not to lose a game but they must find a way to stop this on large scale.

Regarding what you said even more above you are right but is actually at the edge. Knowing that this is an exploit might get you in troubles but at the same time is a gap allowed by Nordeus and I don't think they can take to much actions regarding those players who personally I think they smart people.

Pricop- Do you guys heal loaned players a lot? I didn't think it was a big issue, but maybe it is in many associations. For us it has been a non-issue, if you loan a player out, make sure he is rested before a game. But I understand your argument too if loaned players often does not have full or close to full condition in other FAs.

Back to the topic if this is legal, here is what the T&C say in one section for example:

    5. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES

5.1. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, remove and/or add to any of the Services in Our sole discretion with immediate effect and without notice and We will not be liable for any such action. We further reserve the right to suspend Your use of the Service from time to time.

5.2. You acknowledge that Your failure to comply with the Terms of Service and/or Privacy Policy may result in You being excluded from accessing the Service. In addition, legal action may be brought against You for breach of these Terms of Service where appropriate and as further specified in these Terms of Service.

5.3. We forbid the use of all unfair practices when using the Services. We do this to protect Our users and the integrity of the Services. If any user is found to be participating in any form of collusion or other activities that We consider to constitute cheating his or her Account may be permanently closed.
    […]

5.6. In Your use of the Services or your activities on the Services, You agree not to:
    […]

-engage in cheating or any other activity deemed by Us to be in conflict with the spirit or intent of the Service.
What do you guys think? From my POV, the intent of the game is that is shall be fair, and that this method clearly is in conflict with the intent of the game. Most players must understand that there is a limit on how many rests you can farm and that by this method you circumvent that intended limit by Nordeus. Just my humble opinion, but... I also think this conflicts the spirit of the game. With unlimited resources, there is more or less no limit of how good a team can become. The essence of the game is that resources are limited.

OTOH, its not 200% black and white. Is it ok to farm Rests but not actually watch the vids? Like turn on mute and just hit play and then put the phone away? To do offers on different platforms, first phone, then ipad and then PC? And so forth. I don't mind Nordeus not always banning people, but instead giving them warnings etc. Its not always extremely clear. I think most would consider this ok, but where do you draw the line? But I certainly wouldn't advice people to use the loan method we are discussing here? I think there is a big risk that it is deemed cheating, and I think the option engineeringly should be stopped and that players that uses it should be warned if possible.

Also we have all spotted some blatant attempts where the No. of loans in an association is obvious. Another option to do this is that instead of having players join your prioritized association with support accounts, you can have players leaving their prioritized association and instead during week days join an association with support accounts. This leaves less trails and I have seen indications that it has been used. Like all members in an association having zero history in it (which indicates that everyone have been in and out of the association the last week), and a good number of players that has players that have been extremely extensively power trained (older 9 star players etc, some team with most 4-5 star players, and then 2-3 eight to nine star players). Also just as illegal as doing it the other way around IMHO.

We have someone on our Facebook groups at the moment bragging of their training methods of getting players to 180% in a day. Looking at there association they have over a 1000 loans. People are asking them to send me a PM on how you're doing this. Can anything be done yet?

Really? 180% in a day I have been also surprised by the fact that they use associations to make training. By the way I do not think that guy is cheating.
