Is this cheating?

I really want an official answer, because I'm really angry about that (especially if you know the terms of use). Everyone can take a look at this FA, because it's at world top100.

I also think everyone knows, how he pushes his team...
Everywon can check this FA at FA-weekend (or few minutes before the draw)...
but there are only two possibilities:

1.) it's illegal, and it's cheating. So he has to be banned.
2.) it's legal, and allowed. So I will also start pushing my team.

In a next life, I wanna be like Einstein, because I really dont get it.
It looks like cheating, or lets say bend the rules. But it should stop. That loantrick I still dont understand, maybe because I dont wanna know, I like a fair game.

He creates new teams of level 1, to use the starting tokens to heal, the players of the 1st team.

Train player with the 1st team, and do loan to heal, and again and again till player is 9* and then goes for the next.

I didn't notice, there was a thread about that.

The unbelievable fact is, that there was nothing done against that...

I'm just asking, if the dev-team is stupid. Sorry, but... I can't think anything else.
The easiest way is: go back to the version, where only owner could rest his player.
Second way: Make rests/moral boost only AFTER!!! the draw available + no one can leave/join during the weekend.


PS: Moi, Jeeves, you'll get pm with my account-ID. I made the whole thinking, how it can be solved easily, so I have to get a payment for this incredible good, detailed idea. I made a small calculation, based on my experience, the (fair) community,... and therfor it's just fair, to get 34.000 Token, because that's the need, to got my whole team to that level.

This guy always was in my server and I always beat him, after what I saw that there are only 9 star players in his team. ok I thought he buy tokens, but they manged somehow to put him with me in the same league which is rediculas!!!! I somehow beat him in CL final but I can't always beat him that's why i delete him from my friends.
