Pricop- Do you guys heal loaned players a lot? I didn't think it was a big issue, but maybe it is in many associations. For us it has been a non-issue, if you loan a player out, make sure he is rested before a game. But I understand your argument too if loaned players often does not have full or close to full condition in other FAs.

Back to the topic if this is legal, here is what the T&C say in one section for example:

    5. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES

5.1. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, remove and/or add to any of the Services in Our sole discretion with immediate effect and without notice and We will not be liable for any such action. We further reserve the right to suspend Your use of the Service from time to time.

5.2. You acknowledge that Your failure to comply with the Terms of Service and/or Privacy Policy may result in You being excluded from accessing the Service. In addition, legal action may be brought against You for breach of these Terms of Service where appropriate and as further specified in these Terms of Service.

5.3. We forbid the use of all unfair practices when using the Services. We do this to protect Our users and the integrity of the Services. If any user is found to be participating in any form of collusion or other activities that We consider to constitute cheating his or her Account may be permanently closed.
    […]

5.6. In Your use of the Services or your activities on the Services, You agree not to:
    […]

-engage in cheating or any other activity deemed by Us to be in conflict with the spirit or intent of the Service.
What do you guys think? From my POV, the intent of the game is that is shall be fair, and that this method clearly is in conflict with the intent of the game. Most players must understand that there is a limit on how many rests you can farm and that by this method you circumvent that intended limit by Nordeus. Just my humble opinion, but... I also think this conflicts the spirit of the game. With unlimited resources, there is more or less no limit of how good a team can become. The essence of the game is that resources are limited.

OTOH, its not 200% black and white. Is it ok to farm Rests but not actually watch the vids? Like turn on mute and just hit play and then put the phone away? To do offers on different platforms, first phone, then ipad and then PC? And so forth. I don't mind Nordeus not always banning people, but instead giving them warnings etc. Its not always extremely clear. I think most would consider this ok, but where do you draw the line? But I certainly wouldn't advice people to use the loan method we are discussing here? I think there is a big risk that it is deemed cheating, and I think the option engineeringly should be stopped and that players that uses it should be warned if possible.

Also we have all spotted some blatant attempts where the No. of loans in an association is obvious. Another option to do this is that instead of having players join your prioritized association with support accounts, you can have players leaving their prioritized association and instead during week days join an association with support accounts. This leaves less trails and I have seen indications that it has been used. Like all members in an association having zero history in it (which indicates that everyone have been in and out of the association the last week), and a good number of players that has players that have been extremely extensively power trained (older 9 star players etc, some team with most 4-5 star players, and then 2-3 eight to nine star players). Also just as illegal as doing it the other way around IMHO.
