League draw already happened?

Same thing this season too.
It seems we have a new rule.
League draw after the season maintenance.
So I wonder why not to be able to see the League table from day 1.

It's good idea that if we could see our league table from day 1 then we can easily decide or plan for club trophy, I mean we can go for all or droop one or two.

My academy club can see tomorrow's match only, not all table but my main team can't see any as main team playing CL tomorrow's first match.

This explains why previous season,those who lower their quality for a better draw in the cup competition had many abandoned or very low quality teams in their leagues.
Last season my main team was in a league with 3 teams 70%-90% q and all the others under 50%q
2nd team was with a team~80%q,all the other teams under 50%q
