Bad day for my teams. My first team had a hard match in the cup semi finale. First match was lost 1-2. Had some bad luck so the away match would be tough. Within minutes I am trailing 2-0 in the away match. Then green ratings pop up and the next 20 minutes it is 2-2. I have a chance. I have a CHANCE, I HAVE..... a red card instantly. NOOOOOOOOOO....... The result? 5-2 loss and no cup finale. Bummer.
Second team has an important match against the number 5 of the league. I am trailing 2 points one the number 1 so I need to win. Fortune was on his side. Lost 1-0. Even my ass-manager said that I was stronger (total dominance was 40-60%) but no luck. Bummer.
Should we be worried? Many GK injuries at the end of this season... :O

Out of Cup vs a lower Q team than mine that had market level advantadge. 49 seasons since the Cup we won.
Good that I keep a photo of me in bicycle with it lol
Both teams got the cup final tickets! Never expected it, but hey! I even got my win back against Juis FC ;)
8. Cupfinal in raw.
How we expected from the 1.day against a friend, game will be very hard.

Home Guard FC played an away League match very early this morning, and overcame a lively bot team 5-0. Recent recruits Matias Rolando and Hudson Mendes Ribero each scored in the first 12 minutes, then Micky Agbo provided a perfect free-kick for Samuel Njewel to glance into the net with 25 minutes on the clock. A minute later, Agbo was on hand to convert a cross himself, right-back Scott Barlow providing the pin-point defence-splitter. Mendes Ribero added one to complete his brace mid-way through the second-half, and Home Guard then cruised to the final whistle.
This afternoon, Home Guard had unfinished business in the Cup Semi-Final, at home against a lower-Quality team which had given them a good run for their money in a 3-3 1st Leg draw. The home side weren't in a mood to as generous, however, and Hudson Mendes Ribero, Samuel Njewel and Supachai Sunthornpit each netted one in a 3-0 win which puts them through to their first Cup Final with a 6-3 aggregate score.
The Desert Rats Management took up residence in the Transfer Market yesterday evening, looking for a player with DMR position to upgrade their capability there, but drew a blank. At the time, there were only two 5* players in the market, both 5*/55Q, a 20yo ST and a 23yo GK. While sitting there, two further 5* STs suddenly appeared, with about 5 minutes (29yo, 56Q) and 6 minutes (26yo, 59Q) left on the Initial Round. The 59Q ST immediately drew the Management's attention, but as he wasn't in the market for an ST he decided to see what happened. To his surprise, no-one else was interested and a bid with one second left on the clock procured the player for 1T.

On to today's action, an early evening League match at home to 6th place in the table. Kostadin Marinov got the match off to a good start for the hosts, hitting the net twice in the first 19 minutes, striker Shaun Ruel adding a third goal five minutes before the break. In the first five minutes after the break, Patrick Tillmanns was starting to think it wasn't his day, hitting the post twice and having a close range shot saved by the oppostiion 'keeper, but he persevered, and eventually got onto the scoresheet in the 67th minute. Ruel added the second to his brace and Emerson de Alencar Arraes scored a solo goal late on to seal the 6-0 win.
Another visit to the Transfer Market for the Desert Rats Management, trying to find the elusive player with DMR position and another failure, but an opportunity to upgrade the midfield presented itself, and another 1T purchase made.

MC Mashoor Ibrahim is now on the market.
The new recruit was immediately put onto the bench for the home Cup Semi-Final 2nd Leg match, with Desert Rats defending a 3-2 win gained in the 1st Leg. Emerson de Alencar Arraes opened the scoring in the 22nd minute, but 5 minutes after the break, the visitors equalised. The Management made a couple of substitutions of poorly performing players, but it was the second, introducing Michal Kaczmarek in place of Mukhtar Hassan, that goaded the home side into further action. Maximiliano Arcamone and Eulogio Noguera made the score 3-1 before the Rats Debut Goal struck again, Kaczmarek running onto a through ball and slotting the ball past the 'keeper. The visitors scored a consolation goal just before the end, but Desert Rats qualify for their 4th Cup Final in four seasons, 4-2 on the day, 7-4 on aggregate.
Thanks to Clover Field, madflo and Gert for their support today.
Qualified to the cup final, this must be the 13th consecutive cup final

Home Guard FC have also been busy in the transfer market, and have picked up a nice left-sided defender.

In the League this evening, at home against the 3rd place Bot team, Samuel Njewel continued his recent scoring spree, netting a hat-trick. Striker Supachai Sunthornpit also bagged a brace and Home Guard won 5-0. Next up in the League, away in the top-of-the-table clash against 2nd place.

Thanks to all that supported Soccer Machine in the 11-0 drubbing of opponent.

I have a 115% team and came up against a 135% team in the cup semis. First leg, I was at home and lost 2-4. Figured I'd be out. On away leg, my team pulled off a 2-4 score to tie up the aggregate and then win it in PKs. What a fun comeback. First time my team has made the cup final in a long time.

Knocked out by a National Team. No need to say more :(
Hakurei United Got defeated in the Extra Time.
We suck balls today
Home Guard FC played away against 2nd place in their League, and knocked out of the race their only serious challenger for the title in fine style. Samuel Njewel added another brace to his Golden Boot-chasing tally, midfielder Kevin Sohn and right-winger Hudson Mendes Ribeiro added two more before Mendes Ribeiro suffered an injury. Juan Pablo Medina failed to convert the resulting penalty, and the home side netted a consolation goal just before the final whistle. With a lead of 20 points and only 21 available in the remaining matches, Home Guard can be reasonably assured of their first League Championship title.
Great comeback by Forever Young Association today..... Lost at home ground with 4points to 13points. We went back to the drawing board and pulled off 5wins on the road to win the semis 19-16. platinum hope kept alive. What a great feeling..
VWFA also in the finals
Ohh I made the 300th post..
As is by now usual, Desert Rats FC Association weekend summary report.
Attachment 79649
Desert Rats went out of the Champions League fighting to the end, their +1 Level, 11%Q better opponents humbled by an attacking master-class by the Rats forwards. That being said, what glories would have awaited if Patrick Tillmanns, normally deadly from 12 yards, had converted the penalty opportunity in the match.
The Rats dropped their first League points of the season to 3rd place in the table, no 26-0-0 season for them. With a home match against the 2nd place team tomorrow, they will have to be careful or potentially they will have their advantage at the top halved.
4 points for Desert Rats in their Associations matches, 3N-1-3N-2AMW-1 slipping up against ND for the first time this season. A change to 3N-5-2V in the second match brought the required dividend and the Association qualify for the Final, where they will meet a powerful Croatian Association.
Kraxner... :o

I've been absent from this thread for most part of this season, so here's an update on what I've been doing.
My team has reached 108% which is the highest I've ever reached so far in the game (I'm not counting the second season because I started playing the game towards the end of the previous one and didn't manage to promote in the end).
Attachment 79671
In the League, after a defeat in the first match of the season I now have 19 straight victories and a very good lead against the second of the table.
Attachment 79672
In the Cup I was eliminated in the Round of 32 for a 3rd season in a row. It's clearly not my competition seems like lol.
Attachment 79673
In the Champions League, after a defeat in the first match of the Group Stage I won 5 games in a row scoring 20 goals and not conceding any. The Round of 16 was a very easy clash and qualified with a 9-0 total score. In the Quarter-Finals after a 2-2 draw away I won comfortably 4-0 at home. In the Semi-Finals I play against a 85% team, although he managed to eliminate a 114% team so this might be tougher than it looks on paper.

Finally, in the Associations we just won our third Tournament this season and this is by far the most successful season we have ever had. We have gathered 297 points this season, promoted to Golden 3 and we now have 989 points in total.
Attachment 79676
I'll post stats when the season ends but for now I would like to mention one of my players who for a second season in a row is an absolute monster.
Attachment 79677
Sadly, we'll have to part ways soon because he's getting older...
Semi final chl reached.
Easy win, good match.

Good weekend in associations as 9 points were picked up, in spite of being an 8.6% underdog in semi's and 9.8% underdog in finals. 17-14 win in semi's and 24-12 in finals.
Clover field has been supporting me for a while and I never knew.... I tender my apology. [emoji120] [emoji5]
Home Guard FC had a home match against 5th place, and made sure of their first League Championship with 6 matches left to play. The front three all chipped in with one goal each, MoM Samuel Njewel opening the scoring in the first-half, then Nick Gill and Supachai Sunthornpit netting the other two goals in the 3-0 win in two second-half minutes.
None competitive season for my teams so not much to show here.
Just some asso games.
Yesterday at 22.00 I played 4 games at the same tine with my groups, won two and lost the other two.
But later at 00.00 when I had only two games at the same time, i got revenge ;)
Finally I had two 1st positions and one 2nd

Desert Rats FC Sunday match summary:
Attachment 79700
Three straightforward matches today, no injuries or missed penalties... :)
The Management was travelling to an Exhibition in London and was on the way round the notorious M25 when the morning home League match was taking place. Thanks to madflo and others for looking in on the team, and no doubt a lot of frustration for the manager of the visiting second-place team when he saw his 3%Q better team losing to a team where the manager didn't turn up... Desert Rats are now 11 points clear at the top and closing in on their 4th consecutive League title.
Again the Management were in absentia for the first Associations match, but this time, no win as the 5%Q better home side secured a win. The Management was in attendance for the return match, and that obviously made the difference.
Today CL semi will be 2 of the hot favourite in the tournament meeting for the first time. 2 high rated team my team Hendry Starr v Los Galacticos team +1 level. Clash of the Titan match.
https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...91ccf73fc0.jpgWe playing home against another giant.
