@ Santa, pls notice, I respect your opionen, but, I think, you don't want to see the problems:

1.) 4min waiting is... maybe a great idea, BUT... before the update, I checked market after server reset (0-2 hours... depended on how long my kids slept), if there was an interesting player, I put him to favorites and set alarm, to wake up or think of him.
Today... same like ever: ~1 hour after server reset, my boy woke up, checked the market... nothing, but wait, only 3 mins to go. Next round... another boring player... 5 times I refreshed the list for... YES... nothing. So, this costs me a lot more time than old system. And a lot more battery...

I needed a week to find my new ST, BUT... on time... it costs me... 5min.

You should know: I'm a manager. I stay a long time with my players (~10 seasons or more). I replace my players not like socks or underwear. A replacement will be well thought.

This update is just for the app hoppers, who need instand action. In this case... I fear the day, where all the manager gave the feedback for the 2-week-season.

2.) your first argument leads to the second. If you don't fear losing your token... your tokens are worthless. No one will care about tokens in a 4 min auction. Before... you saw a player and had enough time to think, if you need him. How many tokens to spend... That's managing. You knew the other bidders on the level, you knew, if one of the Tokenbuyer is there, don't waste more tokens, and so on.
Now... there are biddings like hell... I saw 30T gone for a 31 y.o. DC; I saw a 18 y.o. ML/AML gone for 67T... cause only one bidder lost his token...

3.) Sry, but if you are level 14 and "moan", you can't sell player at last week... it shows perfectly, for whom this update is.
And... we now have 25 slots... EVERY (good) manager knows, he get 4 youngster every season, so if you don't have a slot for this guys, it's just mismanaging.

This game was more than log in and play your daily game. It was a great managing game. Take a time and look to all the successful managers in this forum, and think about, what they all did, to become successful.
