Yes they do, especialy the ones that are over 21 years old. The most expensive is acceptable. Big minus is that for 79 tokens i expect 18 y.o. with 2 positions and SA. I can buy at least TWO 99% 18y.o. player and train him to 113% and SA for no more than 200 rests Your players has good stats because i suggest that your overall team is dominating over your opponents

It depends on just luck like recommendations or normal market players, I had a few scouts too that are way more better than most of the recommendations.

Edit: and all scouts are over 21.

After a long waited, the recommendation comes



But not ML as expected. To bad (but luckly not GK).

Should i get this? This is my MR now



PS: After i check, there is one more ML from the youth. So total 3 ML in my squad. And only 2 MR. I think this is why i got MR.
