There is also problem with 1% quality players, it's not clear what does it mean. For example on my level 335q is 100%, but 1% is 310q and below that, so 1% is 290q (<310q) - it should be -80%. I can see a big problem with that.

I have seen also 0 (zero) star players in associations, usually from -60% avg quality and beyond that

Could you also look at tanking. It's ruining associations and also ruining league integrity. Perhaps consider blanket 20% team reduction for all. Also redistribute some association tokens to league

Yup my suggestion is to cap/limit the % to 400-500 (or even lower)
If you guys have play this game long before this new morinho-training drill whatever, back then the training only consist of 3 drills: physical, attack and defense.
When you keep adding attack skill to your player it will stop because of some kinda limit and you need to train physical/defend skill until you can train attack skill again.
This game should make player attribute like that again!
Sick of seeing this thousand % player destroying this game!
I thought Top11 is a football manager game not street fighter or whatever RPG game that require fitness+strength+speed only

but to train any player beyond 180% in any skill is really hard how do they get thousands high?

Well these players are not so out balanced, so they are fresh in this.

Of course many managers as there is no official answer on this of how it will be tackled, they will pump their mutant players.
