Both things affect, a player age 18 another of age 24, another of age 28 and another of age 31 will have a "starting different training speed". Then, when anyone of these players win a star his speed gaining XP whatever that it is is reduced aprox a 15% +/-.

yes, I made a test using the same player as 4* and as 5* (selling him to my other team).
The training is in old version but I guess you can understand

so u have it here, the actual system is the same as in the old version but we don't see the bar of the XP gaining progress^^
