how can stars affect the training speed ? if this was discussed and proved before, kindly send me the link . thanks

yes, I made a test using the same player as 4* and as 5* (selling him to my other team).
The training is in old version but I guess you can understand

so u have it here, the actual system is the same as in the old version but we don't see the bar of the XP gaining progress^^
