Doubt with speed of training

Hi there. I want to buy a player with 140% but from a manager 3 levels below so I see the player as 80%. If the training speed decreases around a 15% each time the player wins a star that means that that player in my team would train around 45% faster than in his actual team?

yes, stars affect the training speed

According to my experience training depends on the age not stars ...
You can power train him ( use personal training to boost him 4 % for 64 tokens * 4 times to reach 100% or spend so many rests ...)
So look at his age if he is very young ( below 22) and talented ( positions - skills ) do this investment if you are in dire need of him ....

If it was my decision , i won't buy him because he would cost me ( 10-20 tokens + around 50-100 rests + time ) ....

Both things affect, a player age 18 another of age 24, another of age 28 and another of age 31 will have a "starting different training speed". Then, when anyone of these players win a star his speed gaining XP whatever that it is is reduced aprox a 15% +/-.

yes, I made a test using the same player as 4* and as 5* (selling him to my other team).
The training is in old version but I guess you can understand

no need to read all the thread, in #185 is the answer
gaining, factors and other stuff remain the same in the new version
only must "translate"
1 old skill point > 4 new skills 1%.
100 gaining (bar) > 1 old sp
3 bars, match practice > -18% condition loss

so u have it here, the actual system is the same as in the old version but we don't see the bar of the XP gaining progress^^

He is 18 yo today, tomorrow he will be 19 and he is a fast trainer
