National team draw got way harder?

So, last week, the national team qualities I faced were (approximately) 120% for easy, 135% for medium, and 150% for hard. My team was approximately 132%. Now, my opponents are 130% for easy, 150% for medium, and 160% for hard, with my team at approximately 133%. Anyone else notice a big jump in team quality this past week? Wouldn't put it past Nordeus to deliberately make the challenge harder again without telling anyone, making managers less likely to win games on the first try and forcing them to use Rest packs, but maybe there's a team quality threshold that I passed without knowing.

Or, does the quality not even matter, and it's all just "easy", "medium", and "hard" no matter what the numbers say?
