Huh, imagine that. If you remove everything that made the game interesting:
- Engaging transfer market <---IMPORTANT
- Expansive club history
- Development of rivalries between managers, but also mixing up leagues
and try to replace it with a sterile, one-size-fits-all product, and do nothing to fix the engine while also failing to address the root of the problem:
- fixing out-of-whack prizes for associations
- not having dedicated game devs to remove cheaters
- not addressing stagnation at higher levels
- A flawed game engine
Surprise! People start to get bored of your game. The key to long-term health is to focus on keeping your loyal fanbase, not to add bells and whistles to try to attract new players. Nordeus is feeling the effects of that now. I'm glad I quit when I did.
