If you are at top level, then why would you do that if there cannot be any team from 1 level above you or why if you will be put in a mixture of levels in certain competitions even if you manipulate because of the limited amount of teams near the top? Manipulation can be done only when the advantages outweighes the disadvantages. At your level on your server, you should know better than us what is better for you. The situation is not same for all.

it's not about the level, it's about how many more levels you have above.
If you have 10-12 (I have LV83 in my server) it's worthy.
If you have 2-3, no.

To add to my CL Record, I have not lost a CL game since September the 7th 2019, when I got knocked out in the Quarter Finals of the Champions League.

Since then 2 consecutive Champions League trophies.

Played 26 Won 25 Drew 1 Lost 0. (3-3 draw vs Lennyshrinks FC this season.)

Goals Scored: 106
Goals Conceded: 14
Goals Scored Per Game: 4.08.
Goals Conceded Per Game: 0.54.
Clean Sheets: 16
Clean Sheets Percentage: 61.53%

My best run of form in the CL ever, and I think this is the end of my luck.

I beat a 10% weaker team 1-0 with a last minute goal by my DC, Mucci. Their Tactics were distracting to lay against but we got out goal eventually, it was only a matter of time against that team.

Well all that matters is, back to back Champions Leagues.

A 1-0 win and tomorrow we play a 3% in the Super Cup and hopefully we get back to back trebles.

We beat this certain team in the CL group stage 5-0 and 2-1. So I am confident but you know this game, it always has something up its sleeve. :P

That is terrible, you were only 1.8% weaker.

Anyway I have won 2 out of 3 CL Finals I have played in, after 4 full seasons (and level one)

We lost our very first one 3-0 despite dominating the game, we were 10% stronger day, forget about the season between that, we only got to the Quarter Finals (disaster) we won our last season’s one 4-1 and this season’s one just 1-0 so my goal difference is +1.

Only 2 of my players are delighted to lift the Champions League trophy?

Hmm are all the other players devastated?

What do you think, so they should be, it is a great achievement, but my DMC (My 23 year old legend) Has Won 2 Champions Leagues back to back.

He has helped keep my defence as an organised unit.

He has won 1 League, 2 Champions Leagues, 1 Cup (1 Runner Up) and a super cup with a chance to win a second super cup.
