WTF just happened??????

i started the match DL-DC-DC-DR-DMC-ML-MC-MC-MR-ST ...i've received 2 goals, i can manage that, MC out and ST in, so 4-1-3W-2....(opponent AMC out and DMC in, he started like this 4-3W-2*AMC-ST)...another goal for him...hmm WTF? AAARHHH...freekick -> goal for me, i made the sub before, so a minute after my goal my DMC got out and another ST in, 4-3W-3....after this the possession just got strangely bigger for HIM...why????
this game is still annoying me and by every day that passes by i'm still surprised, in a bad way.
PLEASE give me some clues! later in this day i have a champions match against a team with same style like my opponent had and defeated me. will this help me: 3N-1*dmc-4*MC-2*ST???

After the injury i changed to a 4-3N-2W-1. And at the 50th minute i moved to 3N-1-2N-2W-2 V formation, wich gave me better possession, but amounted to Jack and his cousin Sh...!!!!

The heck happened, and what can I do to prevent this from happening in the future, more notably the 2 leg against this guy that will be played at my home stadium?

Most of the time i lose against 5 star teams, i have a verry good team, my players never play bad, but... sometime ALL TEAM GET BAD NOTES, sometimes all get only 6 or in this case 6 and 5, when othertime i get only 7,8 and 9 on st/amc.

This game is worse with each passing season!!! is a fact!
