I'd like to inform you that Managers have access to in-game events, offers, incentives, and features based on many factors, such as past activity, location, or others. If a feature isn't accessible right now, be sure to check the game frequently because it might show up later in the Season.
Your message has already been shared with the concerned team for further review and we should see the Teamplay Drills available in your game soon. There's a lot that goes into making the smallest of changes in the game so I cannot promise any immediate change. At the same time, please continue to share your valuable feedback on the game features as this is the only way for us to know what works best for our Managers.

In conclusion, the minimum required playbook to reach from sharpness 4 to 5:
1 Expert Playbook (overkill)
1 Standard playbook + ads ++
2 Standard playbook ++
