Season 179 - Are you ready?

Hello, i am new to this game, just started couple days ago, after christmas before new years.

Just asking, is it normal that when your team wins three games consecutively with with a lot of goals (7-0, 5-0, etc), your team's morale goes down?

I mean just this day i have 3 fixtures, 2 cups and 1 super league, ranging between 4 to 6 hours, and I clearly remember starting the day with high morales for all starters and couple for the subs that i planned to play, I even avoided training with high intensity to keep them fresh for the next game then i just realize that my team morale was going down back to "normal" from "high".

So is it normal that the winning or losing doesn't have anything to do with morale of the players?

I have raised this issue many times and there is still no resolution, I have won 12 - 0 and 10 players have lost morale. It seems to be part of the game that Nordeus will not change so we have to live with it and get the free boosters by watching the ads.
