Hi, im new player, just stated couple days a which i dont know thay it was at the end of the season. I have zero to no information about this game, i tried this game because it sometimes appeared in some random ads, just played 1 league match.

So today is new season, I actually (probably accidentally) level up my club, and all the players on my club was losing one star, that quite surprise me since i though all old player in my club losing stars because of aging and they are also going to retire. Then i look for tips on google about what should i do first, than a question arise from my mind.

If I have youngsters with only 2 stars, and i want it to develop faster, does the level of the training ground have any effects with the player development? Or does it only relies on training levels?

My Training Ground now is only at level 1 (Since i am a new player of course), and my traing level is at 16

Hello, i am new to this game, just started couple days ago, after christmas before new years.

Just asking, is it normal that when your team wins three games consecutively with with a lot of goals (7-0, 5-0, etc), your team's morale goes down?

I mean just this day i have 3 fixtures, 2 cups and 1 super league, ranging between 4 to 6 hours, and I clearly remember starting the day with high morales for all starters and couple for the subs that i planned to play, I even avoided training with high intensity to keep them fresh for the next game then i just realize that my team morale was going down back to "normal" from "high".

So is it normal that the winning or losing doesn't have anything to do with morale of the players?

some of unlogical nordeus have, if you score 3 goals or provide 3 assists get on fire status but if you score 2 goals and provide 2 assist with same player moral will go down most likely

I have raised this issue many times and there is still no resolution, I have won 12 - 0 and 10 players have lost morale. It seems to be part of the game that Nordeus will not change so we have to live with it and get the free boosters by watching the ads.
