Get rid of Wong and Von der Gat.... and try a new GK, no solution
You have no successful animations added on your players not available internal power to see them brighting.
Test subs and if you see any of them with very high ratings but low stars, sack them to liberate good roles internally assigned so new signings can have a good internal role assigned.

Subs+Reserves, if they are well programmed, a new signing may not have a decent role by default.
