Chakalat's biggest issue/problem isn't that he lost 31T, his biggest problem is that can't explain himself (or what happend) properly. This causes some misunderstanding in the relation between him and the CS.

Chakalat's biggest issue/problem isn't that he lost 31T, his biggest problem is that can't explain himself (or what happend) properly. This causes some misunderstanding in the relation between him and the CS.

It's their fault for this because, as poor as his English may be, it was very clear to me a long time ago (and I think most people) what happened. They didn't take time to understand his issue but instead decided to give him some scripts that don't apply, simple as that.
