ROYAL RUMBLE CUP - 1st Round - 2nd Leg

July Fourth beat Schalke 04 in the second leg, In what was feared that we could go out on away goals after conceding 2 late goals in the 1st leg, July Fourth played in a similar way in the second leg as well, We had 2 good chances to get ahead the beginning, New signing Vestergaard looked sharp and willing to deliver from left midfield, he got into the penalty area and was pulled down by Van Paridon, Mich had no problems putting away the penalty, We kept giving the ball away from midfield, notably Stuart, but everytime Schalke got the ball forward the commentry said "Childs wins the tackle", Miku beat a few Schalke players and played a beautiful pass for Pietropaolo to get his first goal for the club and the away goals were cancelled out. As we searched for a killer away goal, time was running out and our lead in the tie was comfortable again, We finally got a free kick on 78 mins to test out Miku's ability and its not bad, the free-kick was on target but the keeper saved it, we gave away a free-kick ourselves at the end of the game and Trotnovsky scored from it to give Schalke a consolation goal. July Fourth survived another late attack with "Childs wins the tackle" once again.

I'm happy that we are still in the RR cup after the first round for a change and we can look forward to the draw for the 2nd round as well as tonights league draw. Strangely enough we had a friend request from L20 "Benca FC" which was the team we successfully negotiated to buy Vestergaard for 18T, with 5T going to the Benca manager, we accepted the request, he seems like a genuine good player of T11, He has won promotion every season like us, Won 9 League Titles, 2 Champions Leagues (including last season) and 1 Cup. Last season in his Champions League success his squad quality was lower than ours when we failed, so looking at this he seems like a very respectable manager. Of course to any manager we accept in game, we hope they keep the no friendly rule or they get deleted. Benca also play in our cup competition and are also through to the second round with a 5-2 aggregate win.

Just followed the DS return, and jizzes what a over-turn!

All of his 7-9* players played tonight and he seem to have done a good job, going from 5 - 2 in the 1th leg to 0 - 6 in the 2nd. He has done some heavy PT (or used the personal trainer) the last 2 days and his overall quality is at Q56,2 (I'm currently up at Q52,5).

He doesn't seem to give up on my player Nastasić either. I rejected his bid yesterday, but he put another one this morning. I rejected it again - but he put another one, and another one etc.... I'm not gonna reject it this time, just wait until the clock ticks down.

guys, anyone knows how in the cup, the engine valuate your team to pick your opponent?
I mean, does it count only the first eleven or the whole team?
in that case, I'll just put the 2nd team as first 11 just before maintenance so they pick me a weaker team ..

so, the best way is when you're through the 3rd round, you just buy great players so your team level is stronger .. and we know after 16th final, there's no other draw ..

anyway, I won 4-0 and 7-0 , I hope I can get through the 3rd round for the first time since I began T11 ..
last season, my alternative team, finished 3rd in the cup ..

Doesn't really matter now its a new season, so basically you can get any of the remaining teams left in the competition.
