    You are using one of the strongest formations atm. Make sure you are able to rearrange the defenders from 3n-1-* to 3w-1-* and 4-* (without DMC), it will cover your weak spots.
    Your worst opponents will play more or less the same formation. Maybe 4-5-1v, maybe 4-2-2w-2 hexagon.
    Orders don't depends on formation, with little exceptions. They do depend on your opponent and the situation on the field.

    Yes. Ideally you should be able to use 4-2-3w-1, 3n-1-2-3w-1 and 3w-1-2-3w-1 without making subs. I also can use ML and MR positions without making subs. It helped me several times in tough matches against flanking opponents.
