No, I actually hadn't read that one.. thanks!
So, a tier one FT will always get +5% on a 15-18% drill, and a tier two will get less, around 4%.
I have a DC, 20yo who came from the training academy, he is a 5* q52 12.7M, his wage is very low 140k, but he just gave me 6% on a 20% drill (5x Goalkeeping Exercises and 1x Pressure Games). Isn't that ok? He shouldn't be an FT..

ok, read it carefully
1 set is not enough for conclusions.
Must make 4-6 sets and see the avg (to be 4%)
Wow. Amazing. Many thanks for the post. Wish you all the best.
how to train goalkeepers now ? Somebody know ?
I don't know and really don't care.
GK's role is cosmetic.
Just represents the game calculations + the roll dice of every game.
Like this DC for example who had 6 saves
https://forum.topeleven.com/top-elev...season-57.html
I prefer to buy a GK from scout or negotiations list with some low T price if possible.
but here there is a conversation about training GKs

Can you please give quick look and instructions? Level 3 squad

Those are the players I would focus more for extra training and keep for the next season.
Attachment 99435
It's difficult to have so many young players and give extra training.
Need a lot of greens.
* Fast trainers have an "internal" gaining ability. Value or wage doesn't affect that.
Only the age and the quality (the higher, the slower).

Thank you for your time
Quick question,
I'm sure the answer is somewhere around this post but I couldn't find it.
Is a 19yrs old 69T fast trainer?
And, I know is quite tricky to find a striker that actually scores goals. Would the recommended player be a better bet than a fast trainer from auctions?
Here.
Does ID'ing Fast Trainers by looking for the max Value appropriate for your level (i.e., level 11 max Value is 48-50 Mil) still work for players at auction who have been playing already? I remember some comments that it only worked at the initial signing when the player has no stats (i.e., new Nordgen players) but I haven't seen any new players lately at auction (mid-season) that haven't played already (meaning another team is selling them). I haven't made notes to see if my players Value changes during the season as they develop.
All the players of the auctions are nordgens.
We buy and sell players to bot teams.
Those stats you see are cosmetics.
Only from negotiations we 're buying from other managers players with original stats.
In this case, the value is not of the first-born.
Here is the risk if a player is ft or not.

Do you still train the young player after he is 22 y.o with greens or let him improve % from games and normal training (when condition allowed)?
Thanks for the guide niko.
a new player here, just want to ask a question
so, to find a fast trainer, you need someone who is 18 with high value but low wage? something about >200 on value:wage ratio? or is it changed in the newer version?
Hi Guys,
I've read Niko's guide several times and I still don't get it. It is my second season now, so I'm level 2.
Here's my team:
Attachment 105346
Attachment 105348
Some of them, like Risse, Ramadan, Rodas, Cuper, Murdoch, Espinoza, Antunes and several weaker players are from past season. Some are new players.
Basing on the pure value, I would say, that Halit, Risse, Dorado, Navaro might be ft. And Boicas, Ustrekhov, Pietrzak are not. Fabianski is the player I took from my international team after reaching the final last season.
I understand, that for 5* player, I should buy players with the value from Niko's table - max players quality for each Level. But if a player is not 5*, then how much should be deduct of his value to determine if he will be f.e. 3,5M when he will become 5*?
Or maybe I'm wrong, and doesn't have to be 3,5M worth and still be a ft?

Wage doesn't matter.
Forget it and focus on this summary

Go for 5* players.
Forget the 4* players (like the ST Acosta) or low q 5* but common players like Pietrzak, Murdoch, Mania, Horvath.
You have enough young fast trainers.
Concentrate on them and increase their quality so to help your team and last for longer period.
Your greens are limited and not enough to spend them in so many players.
Keep a basic squad of 7-8 players and improve them to 120% q till the end of the season.
All the players mentioned by you will be gone by the end of the season or I will leave them as a second squad for another one. and I'm not investing in them.
I will go for Halit, Navarro, Boicas, Risse and Dorado. Boicas is gaining really fast.
But still my question stays - how do you judge, f.e. mid valued player, lets say 4,5 * (70%) player, 18 years old worth around 1M. Fast trainer or not? You know it when you see it, because, you know, that when he will be 5*, he will be worth more than others, or only by the ft test from your guide?
If a 70% q player can get 5-6% skills in a set of 16-18% condition loss, he is a ft.
I bought a gk with 99q ( one to go into 6 stars ) 18 years old, 104million 6.3 wage. I'm in lvl 16. From training the player doesn't get 4 points per set, but in sa training he got one per set. So I want to ask to where the problem is. Isn't he a fast trainer? I don't have the training sessions full level up, is this the issue? If it is, how you advice new players to power train when they have not every training in its higher level in order to get the proper amount of points to make their players stronger? Also I see that you mention about 5* players, do you include in them the 5 and half * for example or just 5* exactly. Cause I wonder if the 4 points per set happens to 5* because they are lower level and they can growth easier than a player who is just 1% far from being 6*.
read more carefully the summary
https://forum.topeleven.com/tutorial...tml#post500463
the 3 paragraphs under the list of values
One training is not enough for conclusions.
Also 5* players with 85% and 95% don't have much difference.
Doesn't matter.
The lv of a drill matters a little.
Hi, can i check what the purposes of getting a lower quality player to lower the overall team quality?
@nikolgiorgos Do we have any way to identify fast trainers with 3-4*?
You won't play the season with the low quality players, you just have them to manipulate the Cup draw. The game decides the competition you will face in the Cup (and Champions League or Super League if you qualified) based on the quality of the top 14 players on your roster. The idea is to release higher quality players before the next season starts (like if they are older and you weren't going to keep them anyway) and replace them with low quality players. That way your top 14 is lower and your cup draw (and CL/SL draw) will be easier the next season, and *then* you replace the low quality with high quality.
I don't do this myself since it feels like cheating (it's not cheating, the rules allow it, but I would rather have the challenge).
Salary and Value are the same. They depend on players quality not players stars or manager level.
Dont pay much attention to salary, the value is the key to spot fast trainers in high levels.
While refering to post 579, a 5* FT player of level 11 price is about 48m to 50m. The 5* is refering to 80% or 100% quality players? Thanks!
If you find a 80% with 44-45 M' he is ft too.
Thank you :)
Guys, what about this, from Al's Ultimate Guide?
Because you wrote, that salary is not important, and here's the opposite info:
This is what I started to implement this season, and really, checking the value/salary ratio helps me a lot....Quote:
4.2 Fast trainers
A poster, living legend, guru -- in short a man of many names -- called Nikolgiorgos has created a great guide for how to find fast trainers:
http://forum.topeleven.com/tutorials...-chris-18.html
As an introduction, the idea is to find an 18 y/o kid that is new in the game that has a very high ration between value/wage. In other, you want to find a player with high value and low salary. If the kid is a 5 star, he will be very expensive but he will also reach a great status really fast (7 stars is doable) besides gaining a lot of value. If the player starts at 3-4 stars, he will also become better and gain a lot of value fast, but it will naturally take a longer time to get this player to 6-7 stars.
These are some math examples that illustrate how I have understood Nikolgiorgos' guide applied on the first level conditions (IE where the target ratio is >200):
-FAST TRAINER 1. 5 stars. Value=2.5m. Wage=10k. Ratio=2.5m/10k=250. This player should be a very fast trainer that you should be able to push to 7 stars your first season. Remember that all these numbers should be based on the data a player has when he is created. If someone have picked up a kid like this and trained and played him hard for a while, the math will be off. Hence, look for players that seems to come from computer generated teams and that has not played any games.
Already mention in previous posts,
now that all the market players are nordgen (from bot teams), the salary isn't important indicator anymore.
Some things have changed from older posts.

Hi!
I am new and i wanted to buy 1 fast trainer, but even if he is training very fast, he is still very bad during game, even worse than second player, what is kind of strange. Should I sell him or wait more? 3 matches 1 goal in 1 lvl is not the best as 6 star ST, right?
I answered here
https://forum.topeleven.com/tutorial...en-values.html
Ok, thanks. So on what things in auctions should I focus to buy proper fast trainer? Only skills or value and wage is important too and if yes higher or lower?
I also have another question. What position is the best for fast trainer? I think that now only good choice is AMR or AML, because more goals, assists and beter ratings in matches will lead to faster training and better skills. Am I right?
