many of my examples are in old version.
The measure there is doing a training in 3 bars/practice. The condition loss in this case is -18%.
The result we expect is over +100, meaning 1 skill point.
1 sp in old version is +4 skills in the new one.
So a fast trainer in new version must have at least +4 skills in a training with -18% condition loss.
But you must make at least 5-6 training like that so to have an avg.
Only one training can gives wrong impression.
that's totally wrong perception.I basically look with the wage , more high paid he will be good trainer
it doesn't work that way
this depends from the levels.Hi,
What was a ratio between value and wage for both of them?
in higher levels wage or Value/Wage doesn't have the logic of lower levels.
I tested 3 players with the same Value (about 106 M') but small different Wages (39/40/41 M') .
The WAGE didn't count as factor.
