I got a fast trainer thanks to your tips. It's only 4 stars, ratio 74. First practice match was +148. In one day he got 5 points for new position.
First official match rating 8.2.

One thing I haven't found is Q1, Q2, etc... explained anywhere. How to determine this?

And another question: On the app or on facebook room, can you see this training information (the +148) or do practice matches?
I'm unable to find it.

Three nordgens I bought IN LV30.
Two has the 113 M' Value, the other one has 112 M' but had already a good sa and i bought him with 1 token so it was a good deal






We can see that the 1st class norgens (with 113 Value) can do till +139 in 3 bars/practice and the 2nd class nordgen can do max +105.
Still is good.

One thing I haven't found is Q1, Q2

it's the number of quality
for example Lierena has 169 quality > q9 , meaning close to his 6*
Villam, the GK has 167 q.

Those training, I 'm doing in old version of the game (pc Play Top Eleven - Free Online Football Manager Game )

this season my academy player Lygos dropped to 4* q163 so he can do some better numbers in training.
But as a 4*, he should gain at least +140-150 as @belier wrote in #401

I 'm just waiting some good offer of 3-5 tokens but still nothing

Detect the fast trainers from the new version

As I said in some older threads, it's much better to use the old version when we want to find and buy young fast trainers.
One of the reasons is that we can see the true Value of the player when in the new version some players looks they have the same.
In higher levels, where the Values of the players are almost the same (young-old, low-high q, fast-slow trainers), it's very important.
For example, you can see at #402 that Villam with 112 M' is slower trainer than the other two who have just 1 more M - 113 M'.
But if we have access only in new version , how can we detect them ?
Let's see.
At that post, you can see Lierena who has 113 M' and he is 1st class fast trainer.
When I bought him, in transfer list his Value was 112 M'.
(some asking if it's ok to buy a 19 .y.o. players. Ok, this player was fast trainer, with a good s.a. and I bought him with 1 token, so why not ? )


That was a weird message. When I won him (I was the only bidder), it was saying that no offer made



So, when we can see many nordgen in the list (usually the first day of the season) , we make sort list by the Value.
You can see that in this list the top players have 112 M'.
But in the top of the list, are the higher values.
So, it's very possible the top players have 113 M' value and not 112.


Then, we go to see which is our offer.
For Mesbah, we must offer 1 T and 102 M' while for Ki Hwang, we must offer 1 T and 101 M'.





So we can understand that Mesbah has 113 M' Value and Hwang 112 M'.
One is 1st class fast trainer, the other is 2nd class trainer.
In a long term, that means maybe +20% more greens for the same progress .

What did you try to say here? Can you please use Google Translate?

If I understood you correctly, you just said something terrible =] The Wage depends only on Overall Quality, nothing else, and doesn't show the pace of training. There're rare anomalies/exceptions, so it's probably better to divide Value directly by Overall Quality.

How to convert experience point (gain 1 experience per 0.75% condition loss) in training to quality point of player? (because they abandon skill point, so a lot of confusion to me when read old tutorial)
Same question in case adding special ability, need 40-50 "skill point" or something to gain SA, but what exactly this new "skill point"? need how many experience to gain one "skill point"?

Amount of XP a player gets is multiplied, among other things, by his hidden parameter. Some managers call it Talent. It is basically what makes a player fast or slow trainer. We don't know it, it's hidden, we can only say if it's big or not so big by dividing Value by Wage (or by Overall quality). Therefore, it's impossible to say how much XP exactly a player needs to train a skill by 1%, or for 1 point to SA.
There're also other parameters that affect getting XP. Age and amount of stars come to mind.
